How to Take Measurements

1. Pin hair as flat and as tight as possible before taking the measurements.

2. Round your measurements up. Example: 12.75 should be rounded up to 13 and 12.25 should be rounded up to 12.5.

Note:All the wigs has adjustable straps in back,and extra combs inside to secure the wigs.

Measure all around the head. Position tape measure so its edge follows the hair line around the head and nape of the neck. (Average measurement is 22 inches)

Return & Exchange Process

Please contact our customer service within 48 hours after you received your package via email at fabulousextensions@hotmail.com to explain the reason for the return/exchange.

Our customer service will process your return/exchange request within 3-5 working days. After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will send you a Return Authorization Number.

Please ship the returned wig back to the address we gave you, including the return & exchange form with the Return Tracking Number.

We DO NOT accept the return package without our Return Authorization Number.
